Automate and Execute Review Utilize the Azure UAR tools Iteration Manager to send automated notifications to managers and owners Conduct manual reviews as needed notifying users and reviewers about the process

Operational Support Handle endtoend operational support for the UAR tool

Data Extraction Extract data using Kusto queries to support the UAR process

Analysis and Reporting Analyze the results of the access review to identify users with unnecessary or excessive access

Generate Reports Create detailed reports summarizing findings including access details and discrepancies

Compliance and Audit Ensure all actions comply with organizational policies and maintain an audit trail of all activities during the review process

Audit Support and Reporting Generate Power BI reports to support Azure internal and external audits and gather feedback from users and reviewers to improve the process

Plan and schedule the next access review to ensure ongoing compliance and security
