About the role

The RF SW Program Management Team is responsible for organizing and coordinating software program activities aimed at creating software for new Radio units. The team works closely with multiple internal stakeholders and focuses on data-driven decision support, continuous improvement, and innovative solutions for complex software programs.

Location: Wroclaw

  • Develop and maintain a dashboard that aggregates data from multiple internal tools
  • Create data analytics solutions to support Software Program Managers in planning and execution of new Radio programs
  • Contribute to the evolution of the application into an early warning system
  • Analyze complex problems and decompose them into software architecture components
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve solutions

Must-Have:

  • PhD student status 
  • Understanding of general concepts in SW architecture: layering, interfaces, reusability 
  • Ability to decompose problems and challenges into primitives that can be modeled in SW architecture
  • Solid fundamentals in modelling relational databases 
  • Having experience with SW programming or database programming or both  
  • Organized, ability to track all required details 
  • Open minded for researching and experimenting solutions

Nice-to-Have:

  • Hands on experience with large language models and related tools and libraries
  • Basic understanding of concepts and good practices in GUI design 
  • Having hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies 
  • Excel, Power BI and SQL skills
