<div class="content-intro"><p>At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference.</p></div><p><strong>Position: Facilities III ( Maintenance).</strong></p> <p><strong>Schedule: 2:30PM-11:00PM.</strong></p> <p><strong>Salary Rage: $21.50-$28.94.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsible for performing minor and major preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining CMMS records, coordinating with contractors, responding to emergency maintenance requests, supporting building renovations, ensuring compliance with safety and HAZMAT regulations, ordering parts and supplies, operating lift equipment as needed, and recommending maintenance process improvements while adhering to company policies and standards.<br></strong></p> <p><strong>What's the Short Version?</strong></p> <p>The Facilities III, DC is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. They also perform general maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.</p> <p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.</li> <li>Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc.; repair or replace broken parts.</li> <li>Coordinate external contractors/vendors involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of building systems.</li> <li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.</li> <li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements; maintain all required HAZMAT records including maintenance.</li> <li>Respond in a professional and timely manner to management and internal customer inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to a facility’s operational issues.</li> <li>May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.</li> <li>May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.</li> <li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.</li> <li>Assist with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repair plaster and drywall; paint building structures.</li> <li>Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal as required.</li> <li>May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; order parts as needed.</li> <li>Make r
