Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing services focused on translating enterprise customer needs into cloud solutions.
- Experience as an architect or software development engineer in cloud computing in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in packaging code and other artifacts for customers and internal teams. Experience with full-stack development utilizing programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, etc.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance (TS/SCI) or eligibility.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Experience in a sales organization or public procurement organization.
- Experience designing and deploying with one or more from the following Machine Learning (ML) frameworks e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Spark ML, etc.
- Experience with business use case to algorithm selection, training, tuning, inference, and training pipeline, designd and build.
- Knowledge of AI/ML.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As a Cloud Solutions Architect on the Google Public Sector Rapid Innovation Team, you will partner closely, as a full stack software developer, with customers and other Google Cloud Platform (GCP) teams. You will craft the development of prototypes, using Google Cloud services, in order to architect and demonstrate possibilities through the GCP platform. You will be responsible for taking the experiments and developing/translating them into consumable, repeatable, and scalable packages (e.g., business plays, etc) that can be taken to market by the Google Public Sector Go-To-Market (GTM) team.In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external customers to gather requirements and help build success criteria. You will also build a roadmap for sustained adoption of the GCP platform, and support the adoption of AI/ML, Big Data Analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure.
