The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Communications Team:
RTX Corporate Communications is seeking a dynamic communications professional to join our team as the Manager of Military Engines Communications. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, this role will support the development and execution of strategic communications initiatives that support Military Engines, one of Pratt & Whitney’s critical business units. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Military Engines Fighter & Mobility Communications and special campaigns. You will also partner with the Senior Director of Military Engines Communications to manage the overarching Military Engines Communications plan and campaign process; and will support Military Engines leadership communications. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to deliver consistent messaging across multiple platforms to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Military Engines Fighter & Mobility Communications, supporting strategic campaigns and business objectives.
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive Military Engines Communications plan and narrative that aligns with the broader corporate and Military Engines business objectives.
- Mange the Military Engines Editorial plan in relation to campaigns and other Military Engines Communications.
- Provide executive communications support, including speechwriting, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Support Military Engines executive LinkedIn strategy, identifying opportunities to amplify messaging and engage key audiences across platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of special campaigns that promote Military Engines programs, milestones and achievements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

- Proven expertise in strategic communications: Skilled in narrative development, brand strategy (visual and narrative), executive communications, and crafting compelling messages for all audiences.
- Operational and campaign leadership: Experienced in managing complex communications operations, including budget oversight, project management, high-profile campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Digital and interpersonal excellence: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital strategies, and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
