ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS  

• Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory
• Checks quality of inventory obtained from renovated units
• Audit Inventory (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, As needed) throughout the property
• Distribute inventory to the runners
• Create work orders to purchase inventory from the warehouse & obtain inventory from laundry
• Compile Inventory status reports
• Operate a box truck, van, and golf cart
• Perform other work as assigned
• Knowledge of inventory record keeping methods.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and business English.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and /or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The position requires climbing, kneeling, walking, stooping, reaching and pulling

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and business English
• Must have good customer service and communications skills.
• Must be well organized.
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees
• Knowledge of inventory record keeping methods.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Must have a valid driver’s license;
• May not have any Type A violations in the last three (3) years; (which include, but are not limited to, DWI, DUI, refusing a substance test, driving with an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, hit and run, fleeing a police officer, racing, driving while license is revoked or suspended, manslaughter or any felony)
• May not have more than two (2) Type B moving violations in the last three (3) years; (includes most driving violations such as speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield or obey a traffic signal or sign, license suspension or at fault accidents.
• May not have more than one at-fault accident within last three (3) years; and
• May not have one (1) Type B moving violation and one (1) at-fault accident within three (3) years
