Systems Customer Support

Job Description:

To serve as Information Technology (IT) specialists responsible for Tier I and Tier II level administration, operation, and maintenance of the organization’s computer network and for providing technical assistance, training, and support to management and customers. These positions may vary in duties but will be in line with the organization’s needs. Must have 2 years’ experience in Air Force Medical Information Systems, and/or DHA Systems and be familiar with Medical Community of Interest (Med-COI)/DHA networks.
