Your Role

• Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Scala and Databricks.
• Implementing orchestration workflows to ensure reliable and efficient data movement.
• Applying data governance and compliance principles throughout the pipeline lifecycle.
• Leveraging Databricks technologies to optimize performance and scalability.
• Designing and managing Delta Lake architectures and Lakehouse patterns.
• Utilizing Unity Catalog for metadata management, access control, and governance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions.

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Scala development experience, with a self-rating of at least 8/10.
• Proven expertise in Databricks streaming and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, pipeline orchestration, and data modeling.
• Comfortable working in cloud environments and using cloud-native tools.
• Experience in external client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Delta Lake and Lakehouse design patterns.
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog for managing metadata, access control, and governance.
