Administrative Assistant

Bone Dry Roofing is hiring an Assistant Production Manager. The Assistant to the Production Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Production Manager in sourcing and procuring materials for all projects, keeping a track of products and maintaining an on-hand working-level of products for the production team, planning and prepping for projects, filling in as needed in the production field, and helping schedule and plan projects to keep the production team flowing efficiently. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Production Manager, manufacturers and suppliers to maintain positive relationships
• Create job packets and leave in the appropriate area
• Process credit applications for salesmen.
• Call the homeowner to schedule roofs.
• Send roof orders to the Distributor.
• Make AR calls.
• Enter completed repair job pictures in CRM.
• Answer all calls - make sure all calls get answered even if having to put someone on hold is needed.
• Process route sheets daily, including task information from prior day and reschedule any appointments listed to be rescheduled on route sheets.
• Process open proposals in CRM.
• Get mail and apply any payments from checks received.
• Make deposits.
• Order EagleViews for next day's sales appointments.
• Do courtesy reminder calls for appointments - mark customers on the route sheet with a check mark if you spoke with them and a "LM" if you had to leave a message.
• Fill-in when needed by performing call back appointments, aiding with the production work and office work, as well as running materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Prior customer service experience helpful
