Senior Project Manager

<p>This role is part of our Creative and Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand &amp; Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips &amp; Biscoff. </p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>As a Digital Marketing Project Manager you know exactly what our customers need, even if they don't explicitly ask for it. You are good at making schedules, monitoring budgets and you enjoy meeting or even exceeding customer expectations together with the team. You can be politically correct, but you can also get to the point when you need to. You are also the point of contact for the customer. You often have daily contact with them to communicate the progress of the project with them. </p> <p>The role includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, and managing client and internal communication. You will be responsible for managing complex and/or larger projects and will also need to be comfortable diving into the details to drive day-to-day deliverables. In short, you are the spider in the web who keeps the focus on driving our roadmap forward, who does not shy away from deadlines, who can monitor overviews and budgets, and who can coordinate all of this with the client.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with a range of clients on different projects</li> <li>Project scoping and requirements gathering</li> <li>Direction and evaluation of project management process</li> <li>Building, maintaining, and executing on timelines</li> <li>Project set-up and management within tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, and Jira</li> <li>Manage and build client relationships, and report on the status of projects</li> <li>Be the key contact for clients, an advisor who provides resources, and who addresses problems and solutions</li> <li>Assess working methods and processes, and make recommendations for improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-6 years of experience in both project management and digital marketing</li> <li>Have a basic understanding of digital marketing topics like SEO, SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, Organic Social, CRO</li> <li>Know better than anyone how to align stakeholders and team</li> <li>Have experience on the agency side</li> <li>Have experience with A-brands and their digital performance issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>A reputation for doing good.
