Job Summary:

This role is part of the Driver Management Department and focuses on processing and monitoring driver credentials for both new hires and current employees within Domino’s and Marco’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Criminal Background Check (CBC) screenings for prospective driver hires.

• Perform routine MVR rechecks every six months or annually for active drivers.

• Utilize Excel and a proprietary driver tracking system to manage and update records related to driver's license expirations, vehicle registration, car insurance, and other compliance-related items.

• Maintain accurate data across multiple platforms, including Excel, Expiration Reminder, and Pulse (Domino’s internal system).

• Monitor and respond to text and email communications through the Expiration Reminder system to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
