Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Regional Clinic Manager supporting Subspecialty Services in Tomah and Viroqua, WI. 

 

What you will do:

  • Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position

  • Provide management and oversee the delivery of subspecialty services in Tomah and Viroqua, including General Surgery, Podiatry, and Orthopedics. 

  • Manage and lead an experienced team of approximately 30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, Patient Liaisons, and Surgery Schedulers

  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Regional Section and Department Chair, Regional and Specialty Administration to achieve department strategic goals

What you need:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Minimum 3-4 years of clinical/healthcare experience

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ideal candidate will have: 

    • Ability to form trusting relationships  

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Strength in networking and collaboration 

    • Versatility

    • Experience in the field of surgery or related service line
