Job DescriptionTHE JOB:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding guest experiences while driving sales and earning commission. You’ll help customers feel confident in their purchases while maintaining our brand standards in a welcoming and high-energy environment. THE STARTING RATE: $13 plus 3% of store sales
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years old or older.
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
