IT Digital Business Solutions Specialist

Hybrid- Northlake, IL

The IT Digital Business Solutions SPecialist will serve as a valued IT partner to the AM-N business, utilizing technical expertise and functional (financial) expertise to provide IT digital business solutions which add value to and enable the overall AM-N business to become more efficient and productive, resulting in continuous growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key finance stakeholders to ensure IT tasks align with business initiatives.
• Work with the Lead Expert, IT Digital Business Solutions (Finance) to document and maintain internal IT knowledge and SOPs related to financial functions.
• Manage relationships with region-specific IT vendors related to financial functions and applications.
• Provide incident and service request support within resolution SLAs for IT systems related to finance.
• Lead finance-related IT projects and demands.
• Assist the regional finance function with IT issues related to monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.
• Support the IT scope of financial audits as needed.
• Contribute to regional and global IT projects and initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using financial data from IT systems.
• Review and prioritize finance-related IT demands.

You bring these skills, experience & education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in ERP finance, with deep technical and functional expertise in finance modules from vendors such as SAP or Infor.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of common finance functions and processes.
• Cloud ERP experience is desirable (API integrations).
• Proficiency in report building (PowerBI, SSRS, SQL queries).
• Strong skills in Excel and SSAS relevant to finance functions.
