Your opportunity:
Greenheck Group’s Marketing team is in search of a talented, experienced, and motivated Senior Video Producer/Editor with proven leadership experience. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you’ll provide leadership and coaching to our internal video team while overseeing the development of engaging, relevant, and on-brand video content. We’re looking for an innovative producer with strong conceptual skills and the ability to pitch an idea to our internal stakeholders (Marketing Managers and Business Units), as well as exceptional capabilities in video editing, motion graphics, and design.
Greenheck Group offers a hybrid work environment, but due to the nature of this position, much of the work will need to be performed on-site (with some flexibility to work from home when possible). This position will require some work to be performed in our manufacturing facilities; following established safety protocol is a must. Some travel will occasionally be required, on average 2-4 trips per year.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take on a leadership role within the Creative Team with at least one direct report and provide “coaching-style” guidance/ inspiration to all creatives involved with video projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team, Marketing Managers, and Business Units to develop relevant and engaging concepts for video content.
- Create storyboards which clearly communicate the step-by-step scenes and motion graphics, and present that concept to our internal stakeholders.
- Bring a strong awareness of current video and motion graphics trends and best practices to the team and work collaboratively with our creatives to elevate the quality of our videos.
- Manage and coordinate a shared schedule of video shoots, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Be on-set during video shoots to provide input, guidance, and assistance to our videographer.
- Be on-set during video shoots to provide art direction.
- Familiarity with Nikon cameras and the ability to be a second shooter (video and stills) on occasion is preferred, but not required.
- Take a lead role in post-production editing and motion graphics, delivering high-quality video assets in an efficient and timely manner.
What you should have:
- Required 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Required 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in video production, film studies, communications, or similar field of study.
- Minimal travel required in this role
- Strong portfolio of work which clearly demonstrates capabilities in video production and editing is required.
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Video CoPilot is required
