The anticipated salary range for this role is between $80,000.00 and $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. SUMMARY:

The Affiliate Operations Associate role is an exciting opportunity to help efficiently scale performance for a key strategic growth channel at Jenius Bank. We look forward to meeting you! You will collaborate with our third party onboarding team to onboard key partners, acting as a key business liaison across internal and external partners. 

You will identify and develop improvements to onboarding new affiliate partners to achieve new customer volume and acquisition cost goals for your assigned products. Support day-to-day analysis for key products and execution of tactical plans.   

You will partner closely with Product, Analytics, Data, and Operations functions to drive results and mitigate risks. This role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing and will be instrumental in both the initial launch of new products and scaling of next level of growth.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Support the affiliate marketing strategic roadmap to drive key product launches to meet business growth goals.
  • Assess new opportunities to onboard new affiliate partners and improve internal processes and analytics.  
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights in support of ongoing optimization (in collaboration with Tech & Analytics teams).
  • Support team leads to aggregate and drive performance forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.
  • Support contractual and financial operations across the Growth team within the Coupa system
  • Facilitate creative trafficking across affiliate syndication.  Ensure programs are updated seasonally, on-time, and within compliance.
  • Ensure proper performance tracking is in place, working closely with Tech and Analytics Teams for pixel implementation and ad serving.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on performance, strategies, and recommendations.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience (preferably in financial services).
  • Excellent project management skills with a history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • Experience in fast-paced growth environments and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who takes initiative and proactively drives for results.
  • Ability to manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining excellent and accurate work.
  • Experience with at least one of the following project management tools: Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or IntelligenceBank. Proficiency in leveraging these platforms to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize collaboration is required.
