End User Support Windows Administrator, Journeyman

CSA is seeking an End User Support Windows Administrator (Journeyman) ready to join our team. This position will provide support to our clients at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY) Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) located in Pearl Harbor, HI.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

• Administer, develop, run tests on, implement, and maintain operating system and related software. 
• Establish and implement standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and networking problems. 
• Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups and, when necessary, performs data recoveries.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Minimum (4) years of relevant experience in IT and a Bachelor's degree
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance or higher required
• Active CompTIA Sec+ certification
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019 
• Ability to establish an effective working relationship with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers, and peers
• Ability to break down complex processes and help users solve technical issues
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Possess written and oral communication skills
• Well-developed reasoning and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage risk and influence others
• Ability to work onsite at Pearl Harbor
