- Experience: The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as an engineering leader across multiple teams and focuses. We’re not looking for particular experience in one discipline but rather that you are an engineering generalist focused on impact.
Things You’ll Do
By definition, this role will have varying responsibilities and the scopes and spans of control will change based on business needs. The below is not a comprehensive list and you might do some or all of these types of things. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can quickly hone in on the highest impact needs.
