Warehouse Manager

Omni-Serv, a Group One Company, is currently seeking a Manger to join our team. We are in search of a candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, is a team player, and has a positive and “can do” attitude.

Scope of Work:

The successful candidate will lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service levels to our customers by communicating with our drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly. They will enforce company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee training and development
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Ensure all company policies and work rules are enforced
• Collaborate closely with higher management to address any operational issues and concerns
• Regularly interact with clients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Address and correct undesirable behavior in the operation
• Completing delivery paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading
• Maintain warehouse inventory
• Utilizing different computer systems to keep track of warehouse inventory

Requirements:

• Familiar with distribution, Inventory Management, shipping and logistics
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience or a related field a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Deliver results under tight deadlines to showcase the ability to work efficiently and effectively when faced with time constraints
• Excellent attention to details
• Time management skills
• Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted

Compensation:

• $26.00 per hour
