If you are looking for a role where you can provide one-on-one independent PT management, services, recovery, and empowerment, leaving a positive impact on the lives of your patients, come join our wonderful team!</p> <p>In this role, you’ll help patients regain mobility and independence in the comfort of their homes — <strong>working with a supportive interdisciplinary team that values collaboration, flexibility, and clinical excellence. </strong>The Physical Therapist provides evaluation and therapeutic services in the home under a plan of treatment. Care is directed at rehabilitation to maximum potential, as well as promotion of independence.
