Who we are looking for:
As we continue to grow globally, the Clinical Engagement Services team is looking for a candidate who is amicable and hardworking to join us this summer as an intern to continue the success of our dynamic and cross-functional team. In this position, the Clinical Engagement Services intern will support various projects that benefit both our Industry Sponsors and Healthcare Organizations as they move through the feasibility, site identification, and recruitment process. You will draw upon your knowledge of clinical research to support various customer protocols, assess which of our TriNetX Healthcare Organizations are best suited for a given opportunity based on internal metrics, and facilitate the outreach process to connect sponsors and sites via TriNetX tools and functionality. The ideal candidate for this position is willing to learn our platform’s functionality and our network of Healthcare Organizations, and who strives to provide excellent service to a diverse range of customers. The internship will culminate with a company-wide internship presentation, where you will discuss the work you’ve done and your experience.
What you will be doing:
- Develop an understanding of the TriNetX platform, Connect functionality, and network of Healthcare Organizations
- Understand the Clinical Engagement Services team’s portfolio of services and how that aligns with other offerings in the larger organization
- Support external customers and internal team’s use of the TriNetX Connect and Export ID functionality (both self-service and paid engagements)
- Collect data from various internal sources to support the evaluation and recommendation of TriNetX Healthcare Organizations for Industry clinical trials
- Draft reports based on internal metrics and data to support the final deliverable for client presentations
- Populate TriNetX Connect requests to be sent out to Healthcare Organizations on behalf of Industry Sponsors
- Track responses from Healthcare Organizations to be reported back to Industry Sponsors
- Attend internal team calls; take meeting minutes and track action items
