As the Director, Business Operations and Chief of Staff at Ensono Product & Consulting, you will be playing a critical leadership and support role in helping to organize and grow our Global Cloud Consulting & Services business at Ensono.  This is a critical role that combines business operations expertise, organizational communications, organizational change management, strategy alignment and performance management as an integral part of the leadership team.  The Director, Biz Ops & Chief of Staff, will engage directly with the General Manager of Ensono Product & Consulting and the larger leadership team to help drive the alignment and execution of our annual goals/plan, while providing feedback and observation on areas from strategy to execution to business metrics.  In addition, you will be tasked with improving our organizational communications, employee feedback and engagement and ongoing strategy development and implementation.   

The Director, Business Operations & Chief of Staff role is broken down into the following areas of responsibility: 

• Support the EVP of Ensono Product & Consulting and the larger leadership team in the alignment of strategy, execution of vision, and delivery on commitments 

• Assist the EVP of Ensono Product & Consulting and the larger leadership team in the development of a strong organizational culture that results in strong employee engagement and retention scores 

• Develop and execute programs to support the goals of the organization 

• Develop global communication strategy and framework to drive frequent and consistent messaging throughout Ensono Product and Consulting 

• Support communication and programmatic reviews to facilitate the budgeting, planning and forecasting processes for the organization 

• Mentor leaders, developing their ability to work cross functionally and build global leadership capabilities that will allow Ensono to scale.  

• Liaise with other organizations outside of Ensono Product & Consulting, building solid relationships to support communications and program strategy 

• Assist with the development and execution of the human resources strategy for the organization, including career development, training, optimizing organizational model to work globally. 

• Provide on-going feedback and status of programs to stakeholders, identify program risk, and utilize decision making authority to determine solutions and alternatives for the variances 

• Develop strategy and communication plan, including meeting frequency, messaging, goals, logistics, agenda planning, presentation development, and meeting action follow up and tracking 
• Support direct staff meeting strategy and agenda alignment with overall strategy.  Manage action items from meetings as appropriate but delegate appropriate logistical tasks.
