Your part in our Blue Care team

Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Emerald Aged Care Facility

• Employment Term: Permanent part time (minimum 45 hours per fortnight maximum 75 hours a fortnight)

• Location: Emerald Aged Care Facility

• Remuneration:  $40.45 - $52 (based on experience) permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900  (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances 

• Ongoing rural & remote allowance of $300 per fortnight (based on FTE)

• Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $27,000 over 24 months (based on FTE)

• Return flight to the value of $500 each year

If you're looking to relocate to Emerald, we can assist with a highly attractive rental and relocation package of up to $12,500 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed) 

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope

• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements

• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs

• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met

• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us?

• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.

• General nursing experience, post-registration

• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
