Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager in Tennessee to lead our Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) team. This Tennessee CEI Lead will be responsible for providing overall field contract administration and coordination of the program. This person will be responsible for the growth of CEI services within the Tennessee operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CEI project delivery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with state and local leaders. Core Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Leadership:
- Oversee construction management, QA/QC, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Review and Approve change orders, invoices, payment applications, and provide technical advice.
- Lead, coordinate, and schedule work of field staff assigned to the area.
Client Management:
- Develop and foster relationships with public clients including local governments.
- Maintain professionalism while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure successful project delivery for clients.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Technical Expertise:
- Conduct engineering calculations and review material sampling/testing.
- Provide technical assistance, mentoring, and problem-solving for staff.
- Use automated design and engineering systems.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to address construction issues.
- Manage resources effectively for CEI projects.

- A degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation or infrastructure projects
