Title: People & Culture Administrator

Location: Northeast Region - Remote

Job Type: Full Time | Exempt

What The Job’s All About: 

As a People & Culture Administrator, you will drive excellence in our manufacturing and retail functions across New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania by efficiently managing badging and processing a high volume of new hires.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Oversee badging processes and provide administrative support to senior team members
  • Ensure all new employees are seamlessly onboarded and equipped with the necessary credentials
  • Use strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with state officials and vendors on badging processes

Who You Are: 

  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • A proactive entry level HR professional with a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment
  • You bring a strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping people
  • You are eager to contribute to the success of our fast-paced, growing organization
