$22.90 - $34.35Major Responsibilities: Clinical Support/Health Outcomes: Provides support in the delivery of quality clinical care 1)Handles patient flow and other duties as assigned as identified by the Advocate Outpatient Centers standards and protocols. 2)Performs various tests/procedures independently in accordance with certification and scope of care. 3)Particiaptes in patient education and care instructions. 4)Assists patients in obtaining services and setting up referrals as ordered by provider. 5)Anticipates the need for and completes all documentation necessary to ensure quality care based on policy and procedure, including vital signs, immunizations/medications history, and chief complaint. 6)Participates (as needed) in maintaining site quality control logs in accordance with standards for maintaining CLIA certification. 7)Accurately participates in maintaining the lab tracking log. 8)Responsible for accurate specimen collection including patient identification and labeApply for this role
