We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

This position supports Power Generation – Generation Station Projects management team that are managing station capital projects from conception to completion. In addition, the GSP team supports the Company’s periodic regulatory filings as well as interrogatory process. Candidates must be initiative-taking, able to work with minimal supervision, and have effective communication skills.

Other required needs are to:
• Work independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process.
• Define and develop performance metrics.
• Analyze and recommend data collection process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics.
• Identify and implement better work and business processes.
• Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies.
• Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.
• Develop and/or maintain Power BI dashboard and reporting workspaces.
• Perform varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature.
• Provide aid and leadership to co-workers with all relevant project controls functions in coordination with the Project Controls Coordinator.

May perform other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Business Performance Analyst: 2-3+ years of relevant experience in directly related field.

Senior Business Performance Analyst: 5-6+ years of relevant directly related work experience.

• Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
• Effective analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Specifically, the candidate must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Excel including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated Power BI proficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
