Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Manager to join the Mega (MCO) Human Resources team. This individual will support the home office associates at multiple retail companies and report directly to the Head of Global HR. The Sr. HR Manager will provide organizational support on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Full talent lifecycle management focused on associate employment journeys
- Act as the HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to the leadership teams and associates
- Research and resolve employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit talent
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding and experience for new hires including any required trainings and orientations
- Advocates for and leads change
- Initiates, drives and supports culture initiative and enhancements
- Provide expertise regarding company policies, benefits, and the employee handbook
- Partner with leadership team on home office communication
- Provide recommendations on organizational design
- Assist in documentation and investigation of employee concerns and performance management issues
- Manage annual performance review and compensation review process
- Maintain and update current employee files
- Conduct employee exit interviews
Skills and Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role
- Experience in a multi-site, global environment is highly desirable
- Experience in talent acquisition preferred
- Ability to partner with multiple client groups and effectively manage competing priorities
- Strong HRIS familiarity (ADP and Namely)
- General HR knowledge and experience in the areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and training/development
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding employee information/data
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Is a Self-Starter with sound judgment and solid decision-making process
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary: $ 125,000 - 140,000
