Job Summary: Heavenly Mountain Resort: High above the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly is one of the most unique snow sports resorts on the planet. This role reports to a multi-lodge Senior Food and Beverage Manager and is responsible for overseeing operations at our flagship lodge, located at the top of the gondola. As our highest volume location, the lodge serves both sightseeing guests and winter season skiers/ riders and remains open during the summer months. The ideal candidate will ensure that the operations are safe, efficient, and cost-effective, while consistently exceeding guest expectations in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.  

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $68,640.00 - $80,596.13 + annual bonus
• Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)
• Shift Type: Full Time

  Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the restaurant at all times to assure high quality of service and product.
• Coordinates efforts of all food & beverage employees; assures adequate staffing and supervision.
• Assures completion of necessary paperwork as needed on a daily basis. POS Reconciliation, Facility Check List, Safety Meetings.
• Constantly lead the search for innovation and change and implement these changes to exceed our guests’ expectations and company goals.
• Maximize profitability and be fluent in labor and cost of sales reporting/management.
• Overall lodge/restaurant & location cleanliness, including snow removal.
• Inspect the quality of the food product received at the lodge.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels of all products according to business
