Base Pay: $38,000 to $42,000 annually (based on experience)

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory and trailer pools within the warehouse, including updating load plans and verification. The idea candidate will complete Bill of Lading and other associated billing documents and provide aid to loaders and warehouse associates with any radio frequency (RF) issues. In this role, you will work directly with the Customer Service team to handle returns and adhere to the return authorization form (RAF) process, as well as handle quality notifications and research mis-shipments to determine root case.

• Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere. Dependable job attendance is expected.

Shift Information: Monday-Friday, 1st shift: 8am-4.30pm 

• Overtime possible as schedule is work until completion
• Occasional weekend work based on business needs

Work Environment: Distribution Center in Whiteland IN

• The job is within a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise.
• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future 
• Required to lift heavy materials, stand, squat and bend with or without reasonable accommodations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with office 365, SAP and warehouse management systems
• Experience in the Transportation industry, with knowledge of freight tendering and routing
