Senior Specialist - Production & Operations, Flagship Events

LSEG's Flagship Events team is responsible for the end-to-end production, management and delivery of high-profile proprietary events for LSEG. We partner with different business leaders across our business to develop outstanding programs for our sales & account management teams and clients.
The Senior Specialist, Production & Operations - Flagship Events will work with the Flagship event managers on the production and operational requirements of the full spectrum of programs in our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a track record of project management leadership as well as experience with event production or support of in-person or hybrid events and be a driving force behind the efficient management of our programs.
Things you'll be doing
On the communications front, you will oversee digital platforms and communication processes related to each event. This includes but is not limited to event websites, SharePoint sites and email correspondence.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your creative flair across brand assets for each event, entertainment needs, keynote speaker selection and any LSEG branded merchandise.
You will lead ongoing collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Risk, Finance, Security and business leads across LSEG.
Partnering with external technology providers or our own Broadcast Studios & Film team, you will handle any audio/visual equipment and staffing specs, and will coordinate technical production and logistics. You will have ownership of each event's run of show, including scheduling rehearsals and related logistics for speakers or event contributors.
As the manager for business processes, you will oversee the onboarding of vendors, invoice payments, purchase order PO submissions, credit card reconciliation and budget management.
Things you'll bring
We are looking for candidates who are highly organized, team spirited, amiable and are true collaborators! Graphic design skills (Canva, InDesign, etc.) and Cvent knowledge advantageous. Candidates should be:
Delivery-focused with strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to balance multiple demands and shifting priorities
Passionate about creating outstanding programs
Excited to contribute to all aspects of event production and execution
Confident with their ability be client-facing and speak with event attendees, C-suite executives, and high profile clients and guest speakers
Able to stay calm and composed under pressure
Flexible to work outside of a traditional work day, including availability to shadow the AMERS-based Flagship Team workday as needed if London-based
Extensive overnight travel, globally and locally, is required -- including weekends and public holidays if necessary
Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $99,600 - $166,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
