Job Description

• Concept Development: Collaborating with designers to understand project requirements and create visual concepts.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Creating detailed 3D models and realistic renderings using software like 3ds Max, Corona Renderer
• Texturing and Lighting: Applying textures and setting up lighting to enhance realism in scenes or products.
• Post-Production: Refining renders with editing software like Photoshop or After Effects to improve final images.
• Revisions and Feedback: Making adjustments based on Lead designer/designer feedback to ensure the final product meets expectations.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up with industry trends and advancements in software and technology to continuously improve the quality of work.
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and improvements;
• Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions;
• Prepare source files for development and supervise its implementation;
• Complete work prior to deadline;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
• Participate in meetings and regular design reviews;
• Mentoring junior and mid-weight colleagues;
• Report to direct manager.
• The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations;
• The employee is responsible for a final design amendments based on Lead designer/designer comments and gain full approval.

Qualifications

• Secondary (higher, special etc.) education
• Professional or bachelor’s degree in design;
• Advanced English language, both verbal and written;
• Up to 2 years of professional experience;
• Solid understanding of design principles;
• Solid knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max;
• Solid knowledge of Corona Renderer;
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects;
• Solid knowledge of Autocad;
• Good understanding of neural networks (Stable Diffusion etc);
• Knowledge of design trends;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Ability to provide actionable feedback;
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion and attention to details;
• Understanding of online gaming industry.
