About the role

<p>Reporting to Director for Employee Relations for Mainland Europe, this role will be a key member of our Global Employee Relations (ER) Centre of Expertise (COE).</p><p></p><p>Working within our supportive and inclusive People Function, you will build ER knowledge across LSEG while providing complex technical ER advice &amp; guidance to people leaders: ensuring a fair and consistent colleague experience, aligned with our values and to support a balanced high-performance environment.</p><p>In partnership with Country and Business People Partners, People Operations and other People COEs, you will use internal and external insights to identify and implement process improvements, driving simplification through inclusive, sustainable and impactful change.</p><p></p><h2>What you'll be doing:</h2><ul><li><p>Leading on collective relationships at European level as well as providing support and active contribution at country level (eg, Poland and Romania), with our trade union and Works Councils.</p></li><li><p>Delivering end to end process improvement, partnering with relevant partners and using technology, in support of the transformation of our People Function.</p></li><li><p>Providing consistent specialist advice and guidance in line with LSEG People Policy and Processes across the full breadth of ER.</p></li><li><p>Leading sophisticated employee relations casework, such as Disciplinary, Grievance or Whistleblowing complaints.</p></li><li><p>Supporting with Reduction in Force activity as needed.</p></li><li><p>Identifying risks, ensuring timelines and cost impacts are managed.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>You'll bring:</h2><ul><li><p>Significant previous ER experience, with knowledge of developing ER practice within global organisations preferred, together with a commercially focused, pragmatic approach to resolving business issues.</p></li><li><p>The ability to advise, coach and upskill our People Leaders as you take them through ER issues.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work on high-pressure topics and handle potential disagreements while maintaining a focus on effective resolution and achievement of business priorities.</p></li><li><p>A collaborative approach to delivering shared success, both when working within our own team and with our wider partners.</p></li><li><p>A growth mindset that sees challenges as opportunities, and a passion to find a resolution through partnership and influence.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Our offering when you join Gdynia Team:</h2><ul><li><p>Bonus: Quarterly or annual bonus plan assigned to every position </p></li><li><p>Wellbeing: monthly wellness and work-from-home allowance, and employee assistance program</p></li><li><p>Healthcare: private medical care with Medicover, premium package fully covered by employer and life insurance with Generali </p></li><li><p>Future: corporate pension plan supported by Fidelity International offering additional 5% of base salary to invest in selected funds, and LSEG Employee Share Purchase plan available</p></li><li><p>Reward and Recognition: additional awards and vouchers available for extra achievements</p></li><li><p>Referral: Bonus between 8,000 to 10,000 PLN for successful recommendation of a new colleague</p></li><li><p>Development: E-learning platforms access with a range of training and certified courses</p></li><li><p>LSEG Products: availability to access to real-time economic data through our flagship Workspace platform</p></li><li><p>Diversity: Inclusive culture built by colleagues from over 40 countries representing various age, gender, race, and beliefs</p></li><li><p>Charity: 2 additional days off for voluntary jobs</p></li><li><p>Office: brand new, sustainable office with cafeteria and chillout space.
