Title – Intern job duties

The successful Analyst will conduct data validation and analyses of section 1071, Small Business Data Collection Rule and of CRA Modernization if finalized, including:

• Assist in the implementation of Section 1017
  • Collection of Section 1071 small business data fields from applicable lines of business
  • Develop reporting protocols, including drafting policies and procedures.
  • Validation of data fields from all applicable systems across the Bank.
  • Access section 1071 data and determine potential reporting metrics.
  • Analyze Section 1071 data to ensure it meets regulatory standards,
• Access CRA Modernization impact if finalized.
  • Analyze current data compared to proposed CRA modernization framework including, in/out ratios, lending in facility-based assessment areas, retail lending assessment areas, and outside retail lending areas.

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:

• Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Highly organized
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative and inclusive team player
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
