Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. NBC Sports Next is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Development Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing custom software solutions for internal and external clients. To meet our needs, we will utilize both internally developed and third-party software solutions. 

Job Duties

• Execute and support Salesforce platform operations with a focus on the service, support, and marketing divisions. 
• Identify requirements for new system features and updates.
• Develop process enhancements, troubleshoot existing processes, and quality assurance testing and feedback. 
• Assist with assigned Salesforce requests and assist with user Salesforce development needs across NBC Sports Next.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including development and support of the Salesforce Platform
• Apex: A strong understanding of Apex, Salesforce's proprietary programming language, and the ability to write complex Apex triggers and classes.
• Visualforce: Proficiency in building Visualforce pages, components, and controllers to create custom user interfaces.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Experience in developing Lightning Web Components to build modern and responsive user in
