Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Observation

The Cardiac Observation Unit (1 West) at Loudoun Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time, Nights. The Cardiac Observation Unit is a 14-bed unit and functions as an extension of the Cath Lab. Our until provides comprehensive cardiac care to patients with congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, pre- and post- cardiac procedures, dysrhythmias, and more! Schedule: Full-Time, Nights (3- 12 hour shifts)

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 1-year Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting

Minimum Education Requirement: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required from American Heart Association.

Minimum Licensure/ Certification Requirement: 

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.
