Manage the implementation of TPM and lean methodologies and tool adoption across all facilities equipment at the Manassas Virginia site
- Proliferate standardized Value Stream Mapping methodology to identify bottlenecks, key sources of wastes, key drivers to cycle time
- Oversee the generation of Utilization/ Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) waterfall charts to identify key sources of losses and improvement opportunities
- Define and support labor productivity analysis e.g. Touch-time, MMR, spaghetti charts to improve technician efficiency and reduce operational errors
- Oversee the multiyear deployment of the global TPM program including but not limited to 6S, CIP, MPEO, Kanban, Parts Function Card, Sensor Card, AV/VR – HoloLens, SMED, Tool Matching, Maintenance prevention, Predictive analytics.
Serve as the key integrator between central and site functional teams in developing, driving and communicating progress for critical TPM improvement initiatives.
- Ensure TPM core teams facilitates lean diagnostics and design of improvements, integrating key inputs from central and site functional teams.
- Develop overall view of critical initiatives and impact to key performance indicators.
- Provide visibility on program status, including key milestones with clear ownership.
- Trigger interventions to ensure program are on-track towards targets.
- Support regular cadence on reports/ meetings with senior leadership, including deep dives for weekly/ monthly reporting and ad-hoc senior management reports.
Increase core team competency of TPM practices by co-developing a comprehensive TPM training program for new team members with standardized Lean approaches and tools.
- Co-develop comprehensive training material and immersive training plan for new Lean practitioners reporting to the Lean manufacturing team, leveraging expertise from our Facilities Central Teams
- Inspire and motivate budding TPM practitioners to inculcate the spirit of continuous improvement, to build a culture of learning and growth.
Partner with senior leadership to build a world-class work environment for team members.

- Drive fact-based decision-making with focus on data analysis and communication.

- Provide visibility on performance measures, to ensure team members are clear on incentives for good performance.
- Build strong collaboration and communication between facilities team and fab manufacturing and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in engineering or science subject area or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years working of semiconductor engineering experience
- Proven track record of deploying TPM/lean methodology to improve equipment performance.
- Proven ability in managing direct reports; experience in building new teams desired.
- Proven ability in project and/or program management
- Background in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and/or TPM/Lean manufacturing fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives.
- Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals.
- Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness.
