About the Role & Program

Join the worldwide leader of the theme parks and resorts industry, at the top vacation destination! The Disney Experiences Segment has served as the backbone of growth for The Walt Disney Company, generating both revenue and operating income growth through the introduction of new experiences and technological advancements.

The Walt Disney World Revenue Planning & Optimization Team is responsible for financial and operational analysis supporting the strategic revenue objectives of Disney Experiences. Candidates should have a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, take a proactive role in problem-solving, be results oriented, be able to prioritize, and be standout colleague in a collaborative environment.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, FL from June 2026-January 2027. 

What You Will Do

As a Revenue Management Intern, you will be part of an analytically driven and operationally engaged team that helps bring remarkable experiences, unparalleled services, and innovative products to life!

  • Translate business questions into actionable plans for analysis including demonstrating conceptual, statistical, and financial techniques.

  • Use, monitor, and improve dashboards and data visualizations.

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret detailed data sets.

  • Articulate clear, accurate insights and value propositions of proposed solutions to business opportunities.

  • Build strong presentations that show context to analysis and link to actionable recommendations.

  • Learn from and collaborate with dedicated analytical professionals who are passionate about their roles.

  • Build, plan, and communicate project timelines and deadlines with partners, while delivering on actionable results.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with analyzing large data in Microsoft Excel.

  • Creative, detail oriented, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong oral/written communication skills.

  • Sense of responsibility, independence, ownership and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding business impacts

  • Curiosity about pursuing an analytical career path

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operations experience within the hospitality industry with preference to Table Service Food and Beverage.

  • Demonstrated skillsets with leading projects, focusing on working with partners, process-oriented thinking, and can divulge simple answers with complex data sets

  • Experience with a programming language (SQL, Python, R, etc.)

  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

Education

  • Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or other related fields is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
