Job Description

Responsibilities

•Sr Technical Architect is responsible for architecting and designing business applications. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM solutions.

•Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.

•Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the BPM Product Architecture and all design and implementation features.

•Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk.

•Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)

•Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base.

•Leads design reviews and production readiness reviews with the team to ensure the solution is designed and configured for optimal performance in the production environment.

Essential Skills

•10+ years of Business Process Management hands-on experience in Appian Tool

•Appian “Lead Developer” Certification is a MUST.

•Experience in Appian 22.X is essential.

•Highly experienced in complex, enterprise implementations based on Appian software.

•Undertakes complex system integration configuration and transformations.

•4+ years of strong experience in Leading team with respect to design and implementation of Business Process Management solutions using Appian.

•Strong architectural, design and Hands-on active experience includes:

oDesign of UI SAIL forms for Tempo environment.

oDesign of CDTs that interact with external database.

oDesign of role-based access control Appian components

oDevelopment of Records and Reports using SAIL

oBuild/consumption of WEB/REST services

oDesign of expression rules, constants, and query rules

oHandling Appian Packaging and deployment

oApplying Appian Best Practices

oExperience in performing integration using Standard Protocols like REST, SOAP, MQ etc.

oExperience in terms of installation, Configuration, Deployment and Maintenance of Appian Applications.

oExperience in handling Application Security (Encryption/Decryption, TLS/SSL, Digital Certificate) and SSO (SAML, oAuth).

oExperience in building automated deployment of Appian process applications.

oWell Versed with the latest versions of Appian release including process mining, AI and RPA capabilities.

oStrong understanding of Appian server-side properties, Topology, heap memory, sizing and scaling

oExperience/exposure to Cloud Migration (on-prem to cloud and vice versa), DB Migration

•Should have good communication skills.

Nice to Have skills:

•Implementation experience on Finance, Banking, Healthcare and its related would be an added advantage.

•Experience in Plug-in Development/Java/.Net/web services is an added advantage.

Essential Qualification

•BE / master’s degree in computer science/application (MCA, MSc Computer Science etc..) from a Premier Institute with 5-9 years of implementation end to end hands on experience.
