Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will play a critical role in delivering individualized therapy sessions to children under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while advancing your career in the ABA field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA to support skill development and behavior reduction.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure treatment goals are consistently addressed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• Passion for working with children and families in the ABA field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to session locations as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification.
