As the Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for assisting supervisors in handling daily operations, leading customer account reviews and resolving escalated issues. Become a part of our dynamic team and we'll help you build a rewarding career.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Handle customer, sales, pricing, billing, coding, invoicing, and other collections-related escalations
- Manage the accounts receivable (AR) portfolio by analyzing and resolving issues driving delinquency
- Assist collections leadership with managing daily operations
- Develop long-term solutions on accounts that experience recurring past due trends
- Provide temporary assistance with large accounts during higher demands in volume
- Resolve billing discrepancies and cash application errors that prevent prompt customer payments
- Reconcile accounts on a routine basis to ensure credits and payments align with invoicing
- Partner with sales team, reporting and updating on collection department efforts
- Create, update, and communicate process SOPs and deliver supplemental training to associates
- Provide training and one-on-one coaching to collections staff on handling calls and adhering to processes and procedures to ensure quality control and compliance
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of Cash Applications, Billing and Commercial Collections experience
- Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivots, etc.), Oracle, HighRadius, GetPaid systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
It’d be great if you also have:
- Advance Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent related work or military experience
- 3 or more years of Cash Applications, Billing and Commercial Collections experience
- Prior experience in transportation industry
