This position requires collaboration with multiple departments throughout the region and organization. This position works closely with service line leadership, providers, and marketing and communications team members. A strong attention to detail and marketing experience is preferred. This position is hybrid and mix of remote work as well as in office work. In office will be needed 1-2 times/week, with light travel to Indianapolis area at times. Under direct supervision, supports the achievement of strategic business unit marketing objectives through the execution of effective brand plans. Assists in the Identification and implementation of marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provides support for the development of marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Provides support for research and competitive analysis for marketing projects. Works with other functional areas to collect information. Analyzes and interprets data and recommends changes to marketing objectives and/or programs.

• Bachelors Degree Required.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Journalism, or healthcare-related field preferred.
•0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
