Job Summary: 

The Senior Data Analyst will interpret complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, strong proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming data into strategic insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop and implement data models, statistical analyses, and data mining techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present data in a clear and actionable format.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive business strategy.
• Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize processes, improve performance, and support business goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by developing and implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
• Work with Data Governance teams to adhere to data standards and best practices across the organization.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other team members to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs.
• Provide analytical support to various departments, assisting with data-driven projects and initiatives.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and other data science techniques to uncover deeper insights and forecast future trends.
• Explore new analytical methodologies and tools to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and key findings to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency.
