About the Role

We’re seeking a Secure Networking Solutions Leader to lead our architecture and solutions organization supporting clients in Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and the Public Sector.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering modern, secure networking solutions that help enterprises and public institutions modernize their digital infrastructure, enable AI-driven operations, and enhance resilience.

As the Solutions Leader, you will lead a team of Managing Solution Architects and Solution Architects who design, innovate, and deliver technology strategies that drive business transformation for our clients. You’ll partner with global technology vendors and cross-functional leaders to ensure our solutions are relevant, scalable, and differentiated in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the Secure Networking architecture and solutions function for BFSI, Healthcare, and Public Sector clients, aligning the team to business goals and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for networking solutions, ensuring alignment with client transformation priorities and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and edge computing.
• Champion innovation by identifying market trends and translating them into actionable solution offerings.

Solution and Practice Development

• Oversee the design and delivery of secure, cloud-ready, and AI-enabled network architectures for enterprise and public sector clients.
• Guide teams in developing repeatable, outcome-based solutions that integrate products, professional services, and managed offerings.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure strong solution positioning and go-to-market enablement.

Client and Partner Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, providing thought leadership on secure networking modernization, zero-trust adoption, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances with leading OEMs and technology partners to co-develop solutions and joint market opportunities.
• Support major pursuits and executive-level engagements to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of Managing Solution Architects and Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor senior technical talent, promoting career development and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence through governance, architecture review, and consistent delivery quality.

Operational and Financial Performance

• Own solution pipeline growth, margin performance, and service inclusion targets within your industries.
• Oversee portfolio management, deal inspection, and architecture review processes to ensure technical integrity and commercial success.
• Partner with leadership and operations to improve forecasting accuracy, utilization, and profitability across the solution organization.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant vendor or industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Splunk, Palo Alto Networks).

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technology solutions leadership within a global systems integrator, service provider, or enterprise IT organization.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional architecture and pre-sales teams in networking, infrastructure, or cloud domains.
• Demonstrated success driving industry-specific solution growth and developing strategic client or OEM partnerships.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, network security, and software-defined architectures across hybrid cloud and edge environments.
• Experience in industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or public sector preferred.

• Ability to translate complex technical strategies into compelling business outcome
