Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our rapidly-growing company focusing on the government vertical. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.
What You’ll Do:
- Train the Sales Engineering team as appropriate on Anaconda products and services
- Support the Sales Engineering team as they propose solutions an explain architecture, sizing, and integration advice to prospects
- Guide customers in understanding and fulfilling implementation prerequisites
- Serve as an escalation point for the implementation team for advanced integration cases
- Provide internal documentation for integration steps and procedures
- Serve alongside the product engineering team as an escalation point for complex enterprise support requests
- Develop technical artifacts that influence how our products are consumed and used
- Develop code, runbooks, and documentation for custom integrations of our enterprise products with strategic third-party products
- Document and communicate product feedback to the product management team, mapping customer requirements to current and future offerings
- Provide and review content for customer facing technical communications
- Be a primary source for best practice on infrastructure, product approach, and market voice in data science for both our internal teams and external customers
- Develop ways to scale your knowledge and expertise out to cross functional teams including product, services, and sales engineering
What You Need:
- Undergraduate degree in STEM field
- 5+ years of experience in the Solution Architecture or Technical consulting space
- Comfort with at least one cloud infrastructure provider (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of the Python data science ecosystem
- Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Demonstrated flexibility, organization and self-motivation
