Note: Bilingual Proficiency is needed - We are seeking a candidate fluent in English and Mandarin (or another Chinese dialect) to effectively communicate with our diverse client base. This position requires bilingual proficiency to support our Chinese-speaking clients and ensure clear communication across all aspects of the role which involves regular coordination with C-level executives in China. Proficiency in these languages is essential for effective communication and collaboration across global teams.

Essential Functions:
Looking for a leader in memory and storage solutions, designs and manufactures products like embedded storage, solid-state drives, and memory modules for various industries, including automotive and industrial sectors. Seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product strategy. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in the storage industry, proven experience in product marketing and management, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English. We also offer comprehensive support services and efficient delivery processes, leveraging its longstanding industry relationships.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with Lexar Enterprise’s overall business objectives. Create detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer segments, and unmet needs. Leverage insights to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Drive alignment and collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life. Define product requirements, manage product development timelines, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, packaging, promotion, and channel strategy. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven initiatives to optimize product performance.
Strategic Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and ecosystem enablers. Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
Up to 50% travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of semiconductor-related experience
5+ years in the storage/memory industry
Proven track record of successful product marketing or product management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
