Non-Technical Project Management / Change Management Specialist

AGS Field Service Operations – Strategy Program Office (SPO) / Global Program Acceleration (GPA)

Role Summary:

The Change Management Specialist supports the successful delivery of critical global initiatives across AGS Field Service Operations by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained change. This role is to partner closely with program teams, field leadership, and stakeholders to apply structured, Prosci-based change management practices that enable people-side adoption and business outcomes.

While the core focus of this role is program delivery, the Change Management Specialist also contributes to the continued maturation of change management practices across GPA and the broader Field Service organization through shared learnings and peer collaboration.

Key Focus Areas

  • Program-embedded change management delivery for global Field Service initiatives
  • Sponsor and people manager enablement to drive effective change adoption
  • Field-facing communication, readiness, and training alignment
  • Adoption measurement, reinforcement, and continuous improvement
  • Contribution to evolving change management practices and peer learning

Key Responsibilities:

Program-Embedded Change Delivery

  • Embed within programs to plan and execute change management activities aligned to the Prosci 3-Phase Methodology.
  • Conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to inform tailored change strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated change plans covering communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement.
  • Partner closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, and Regional stakeholders to ensure change activities are aligned with program milestones.

Sponsor & Manager Enablement

  • Coach executive sponsors and people managers to effectively fulfill their change roles.
  • Equip leaders with practical tools, messages, and actions to support their teams before, during, and after go-live.
  • Reinforce accountability for adoption through ongoing engagement and follow-up.

Field-Focused Communications & Readiness

  • Design clear, actionable, and audience-appropriate change communications for a global, field-based population.
  • Align training, communications, and engagement activities to ensure readiness prior to deployment.
  • Partner with Communications, Training, and Regional teams to support consistent and effective rollout.

Adoption Measurement & Reinforcement

  • Define and track adoption and readiness indicators aligned to program outcomes.
  • Assess effectiveness of change interventions and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Support reinforcement activities post-deployment to sustain long-term adoption.

Capability Building & Community Contribution

  • Contribute to the evolution of GPA change management standards, templates, and playbooks based on program experience and lessons learned.
  • Support peer learning and informal mentoring within the emerging change management community of practice.
  • Share insights, patterns, and best practices to strengthen overall change capability over time.
