THE JOB:

As a Slot Operations Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for the department by ensuring a seamless experience for guests and internal teams.  In this role, you will manage dispatches, prioritize administrative tasks, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage and prioritize dispatches using a computerized maintenance management system, ensuring swift response to slot-related needs

• Act as the communication hub between guests, floor personnel, and all casino departments, providing clear, professional, and efficient service

• Own all guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly while delivering an exceptional service experience

• Maintain deep knowledge of casino operations and property offerings to assist guests and team members effectively

• Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment, contributing to a high-energy and engaging casino atmosphere

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can multi-task with ease

• Possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first mindset

• Has experience with dispatching, call management, or administrative coordination, preferably in hospitality or gaming

• Demonstrates strong judgment and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
