About the Role
As Category Liquid Specialist - Brand Protection, you will be part of the Brand Protection team within Brand Change & Innovation. In this role, you will provide technical leadership in liquid authentication, digital brand protection, and data-driven insights, playing a key role in safeguarding product integrity, supporting investigations, and enabling confident decision-making. You will also drive the digitisation of authentication systems, strengthening Diageo’s global brand protection capability and advancing the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities will include:
Liquid Authentication & Technical Governance
Deliver authentication analysis within SLAs and budgets, achieving ≥98% delivered on time and in full.
Provide forensic insights to support legal cases, investigations, and market protection.
Maintain and improve global processes, SOPs and standards.
Lead capability mapping and integrate reporting into monthly dashboards.
Digital Transformation of Brand Protection Technologies
Lead the transition to digital authentication systems.
