The role is located in our <strong>Berlin</strong> and <strong>Barcelona</strong> offices.<br/><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO …</strong><br/><span>We are seeking a Senior ML Engineer to develop and optimize intelligent pricing systems that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage. </span>As a Senior ML Engineer, you’ll build sophisticated algorithms and models that operate at scale in production environments. This includes designing experimentation frameworks and implementing advanced ML techniques for supply/demand forecasting and price optimization. You'll collaborate closely with the sennAI team, which is responsible for building in-house, custom AI/ML solutions.<br/>In this role, you will …<br/><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain production-grade pricing algorithms </li><li>Build and optimize machine learning models for supply/demand forecasting price elasticity estimation, and customer lifetime value prediction. </li><li>Develop online learning systems such as multi-armed bandits to dynamically optimize pricing strategies. </li><li>Develop sophisticated experimentation and causal inference methodologies to measure the impact of pricing strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate commercial strategies into scalable solutions. </li><li>Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure pricing models perform as expected and identify opportunities for optimization. </li><li>Develop attribution models to measure the revenue impact of pricing decisions and algorithm improvements. </li><li>Stay current with pricing research, economic modelling techniques, and advanced ML methodologies relevant to pricing optimization.</li></ul><span> </span><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …</strong><br/><ul><li>Hands-on experience in leading technical development of AI/ML systems for pricing or related business use cases in production environments. </li><li>Deep understanding of machine learning and statistical modelling concepts.
